I/ Exchange Regulations.
Applicable policy: Apply 01 exchange/01 order.
Full price products will be exchanged for other full price products in stock. Customers pay the difference if the value of the exchanged product is greater. Excess money will not be refunded in any form.
Products discounted up to 30% can be changed in color/size (if in stock) or according to each program’s regulations (if any) – Exchanges to other products are not supported.
Products not eligible for exchange include: Accessories, underwear, products with discounts of 50% or more.
Products can only be exchanged once.
Conditions for exchanging products:
Exchange goods within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product
The product is in its original condition upon receipt, with tags and labels intact.
The product has not been washed, dirty or damaged.
II/ Return Regulations.
Applicable policies:
Customers can return the product in case of errors arising from the manufacturer and do not need to exchange for another product.
Manufacturer errors include: color fading, material errors, etc.
Refund defective products via bank account.
Pantio covers 100% of return shipping costs.
Pantio will process within 10 days of receiving the defective product.
Conditions for returning products
Return the product within 05 days from the date of receiving the product.
Refund policy.
In case of prepayment, customers will be refunded when the goods received are defective due to manufacturing and the returning customer does not wish to exchange for another product.
Refund time: from 07 to 15 days from when Pantio receives the returned goods from the customer. Money is refunded to the customer’s personal account.
III/ Implement product exchange/return:
For customers purchasing online.
Step 1: Contact the online sales channel where the order was placed to register for exchange.
Step 2: Follow the consultant’s instructions.
Step 3: Pack products and promotional gifts (if any) with VAT invoice if any.
Step 4: Send it to the LLC address and wait for confirmation from the online sales department.
